TERMS & CONDITION:

i)Extra Bed: Rs.1000 + (GST)Taxes (12%) per person, on Bed & Breakfast
ii) Children below 06 Yrs would be accommodated without any extra charge on the same bed.
iii) Check-out time 12 Noon (Early check-in or late checkout will be subjected to availability and charged accordingly)

The above special rates include:-

Ø Daily bottle/s of Mineral Water as per room occupancy.
Ø Note: Photo Identity card and address proof/valid Passport and visa (in case of NRI, Foreigner) is must for each occupant as per the notification from Govt. of India for all.

Terms & Conditions for cancellation policy :-

Ø Reservations are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Ø Guaranteed Reservations and Cancellation Policy: Ø A 50% REFUND WILL BE MADE FOR CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED 30DAYS BEFORE DATE OF ARRIVAL,NO REFUND THERE AFTER.
Ø For early Check-in requests before 9:00 a.m., please book your guest’s rooms one night prior to arrival in in order to guarantee room availability, as hotel check-in & check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
Ø Reservation to be held for arrival must be guaranteed by the traveler’s credit card or via company letter to guarantee first night in case of no show.
Ø You will appreciate that the hotel reserves the right to cancel/decline a reservation in case of any Urgent situation, Renovation work; malfunctioning and the reservation may be shifted to a different hotel of equivalent facilities and rate.
Ø In case of no show, one night will be charged automatically, according to the payment instructions received either to the guest or to the company.
Ø Non guaranteed arrivals will be released at 4.p.m. hotel time on the day of arrival.
Ø Reservations should always be made in your Company name prior to your guest’s arrival. Should you have guests in-house without a reservation and wish to apply your special corporate rate the rate will be applied as of the date of receiving a letter or fax to this effect and no rebate will be made retrospectively.
Ø The above rates do not apply for groups of 10 rooms or more. Group rates are negotiable on a case by case basis depending on availability and group size. Rates may be higher or lower than the rate provided in this agreement for individual business.
Ø These special rates will not be valid for the blackout period & during special events.
Ø These rates apply to company employees, employees of subsidiary companies and official business partners. The hotel reserves the right to request identification providing that rates are being applied only to the letter or indeed for information on company letterhead confirming that an individual benefiting from these corporate discounted rates is a legitimate business partner.
Ø Contracted corporate rates are applicable 7 days a week and cannot be combined with any promotional or weekend discounted rates.
Ø The hotel reserves the right to apply any additional taxes raised by the Government.
Ø Should the company disregard the terms and conditions mentioned herein, the Hotel reserves the right to withdraw the special corporate rates anda 15-day notice period shall be observed.
